At Michael-David Collection, every garment is made with care, precision, and the highest attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are custom-made, please allow time for production in addition to shipping.

Production Timeline

  • Custom & Made-to-Measure Garments: Typically require 4–6 weeks for completion. This timeline may vary depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and order volume.

  • Ready-to-Wear & Accessories: Usually ship within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via reliable carriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) with tracking provided.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination and order size.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for ready-to-wear and accessory items; however, custom garments cannot be rushed once production has begun.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Generally arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and may take 7–14 business days or longer depending on customs clearance.

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs clearance.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Custom Order Note

Because of the bespoke nature of our garments, shipping times are in addition to the 4–6 week production window. We recommend placing your order well in advance if you need your garment for a specific event.
