Standard Returns (All Other Payment Methods)

  • Ready-to-wear and accessory items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Depending on the payment method, restocking fees, store credit, or exchanges may apply as outlined in our general return policy.

Klarna Purchases

In compliance with Klarna’s buyer protection standards, the following terms apply specifically to Klarna transactions:

  • Customers are entitled to a full refund with free return postage if the return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition for sanitary reasons.

  • Restocking fees, store credit, or exchanges are not applicable on Klarna purchases.

  • Refunds are issued directly to your Klarna account within 14 business days after we receive the return.

  • This Klarna-specific return policy complements Klarna’s Merchant Protection Policy and applies exclusively to Klarna transactions.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders (Including Klarna Purchases)

Because each garment is crafted exclusively to your measurements and design specifications, all custom and made-to-measure suits are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of payment method.

  • Prior to production, we confirm your chosen fabric, style, and details to ensure accuracy.

  • For clients who would like added reassurance regarding fit, we offer a muslin fitting (trial garment) before final production. This allows adjustments to be made prior to completing your suit.

This policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work and ensures every garment is designed precisely to your preferences.
